The safety of our employees is important to Dion’s. With that in mind, the following guidelines are in place: Employees must wear jeans (blue, black or gray) that are in good condition. Pants are NOT to be worn below waist or in a baggy manner that allows underwear or bare skin to show. Do not wear pants with holes, rips, frayed, or dragging cuffs and always keep your shirt tucked in. Employees must wear athletic shoes in good condition. Bracelets of any kind may not be worn. Visible chains for wallets or accessories are also not allowed.
The standard issue Dion's uniform consisting of a shirt, name tag, red hat and a red apron must be properly worn while on duty. They must be clean and free of graffiti. Visible tattoos, intentionally stretched earlobes and/or visible branding are not allowed. Obscene markings are not allowed (hickeys, etc.). Only one ring per hand may be worn. Oversized earrings, mouth rings, tongue rings, nose rings or visible body rings of any sort or kind, including facial piercings are not allowed while on the clock. If you have any of these they must be removed before clocking in and beginning your shift. Only women are allowed to wear earrings and no more than two earrings per ear may be worn at any time. Men must remove earrings before clocking in and beginning their shift. Any showing hair must be of a natural/neutral color.
