At Dion’s, there are a few things we look for in a person before we decide if they’re a good fit for our company. If you are friendly, eager to learn, and meet our dress code requirements, then you’re off to a great start! Dion’s Assistant Manager
Assist in the supervision of store crew with your General Manager! Our assistant managers run shifts, serve orders to waiting customers, and are ServSafe certified to make sure their Dion’s stores meet health regulations at all times. Known as our “Red Shirts,” for their unique uniforms, a Dion’s assistant manager is the first step in company leadership.
Dion’s General Manager
When you’re a General Manager in one of our Dion’s stores, it’s your job to make sure all of our company values are promoted and firmly in place so that the operation of our restaurants runs smoothly. Scheduling staff, facilitating meetings, and developing future company leadership are just some of the responsibilities our GMs tackle in their positions.
Dion’s Maintenance
Our maintenance team makes “making it happen” happen. Their handiwork makes sure that all of our restaurants are in perfect order, from the plumbing, to the ovens, to the roof over our heads. They are in service to all of our stores and home office, assisting in making sure all of our customers are receiving an amazing Dion’s experience with each visit.
Dion’s Commissary/Bakery
The employees at our Dion’s commissary and bakery are responsible for making a lot of our base Great Food and providing it to the stores. The quality that goes into all of our food starts with them and their dedication to making it happen shows in every pizza, salad and sub.

Behind the scenes at Dion’s beats a strong heart of support. We do everything ‘in house,’ from our marketing to our accounting, training, hiring, and more! The Dion’s office and leadership teams do whatever it takes to support the needs of the Dion’s stores in NM, TX, and anywhere else we go as our company grows.
