Dress Code All employees must follow this dress code: Employees must wear jeans (blue, black or gray) that are in good condition free of holes, rips, and frayed edges. Overalls are not allowed. No baggy pants. Pants are NOT to be worn below waist, or in a baggy manner that allows underwear or bare skin to show. No excessive tight clothing. Do not wear pants with frayed, dragging cuffs. Employees must wear athletic shoes (white, gray, blue or black) in good condition. Socks of neutral color shall be worn at all times. The standard issue Dion's uniform consisting of a shirt, nametag, red hat, and a red apron must be properly worn while on duty. They must be clean and free of graffiti. Shirts must be tucked in. Visible tattoos, intentional stretched earlobes and/or visible branding are not allowed. Obscene markings are not allowed (hickey, ect.). No visible chains for wallets or accessories allowed. Men: No jewelry of any kind shall be worn except for one class ring or a marriage band. No bracelets. No earrings, mouth rings, tongue rings, nose rings or visible body rings of any sort or kind, including any facial piercing are allowed. No excessive cologne or perfumes. Hair length is to be kept no longer than the top of the collar. Any showing hair must be of a natural/neutral color. Men must be clean shaven. If beard or mustache is worn these must be neatly trimmed. Women: Dion's does not allow fingernail polish, artificial fingernails, oversized earrings, mouth rings, tongue rings, nose rings or visible body rings of any sort or kind, including any facial piercing. No more than two earrings per ear may be worn at any time. No chokers may be worn. No excessive colognes or perfumes. Hair, shoulder length or longer, must be tied back or worn up. Any showing hair must be of a natural/neutral color. No excessive make-up, no bracelets. Only one ring per hand is allowed. Decisions relating to the interpretation of this dress code will be made by the management of Dion's Pizza. All employees are expected to abide by the dress code.
