Dion's Pizza offers an excellent opportunity to earn extra money. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere and meet lots of new people! Dion's is a great place to work for young teens just entering the workforce for the first time or for adults looking for extra income. There is no experience necessary, as we give extensive on the job training.  Applicants must be at least 16. We offer competitive starting wages for all of our shifts. Our shifts are 4 to 8 hours long and we tailor your work schedule to fit your needs. Dion's provides a great opportunity for advancement and raises are given for a job well done! Here are some general descriptions for the various positions at Dion's:

Employees at Dion's are trained in multiple areas and then placed where they have the greatest success. Below are descriptions of the various tasks you will be learning when you first begin at Dion's.

Dining Room- The person in charge of the dining room ensures that each empty table is kept clean, maintains the cleanliness of the floors and ready for our customers. This position is also responsible for making sure that the utensil/condiment counter is fully stocked. Cleanliness is very important to Dion's, so this position is key.

Phones- This position is very busy at Dion's. Employees take phone orders and bring the tickets to the appropriate stations. This job is one of the busiest during our rushes.

Register- The register position at Dion's is key, as these employees are interacting with customers and ensuring excellent customer service. These employees take, ring up and ensure that all of our customers are taken care of.

SSS Making- This position is in charge of making all of the salads, subs and slices for our customers. These employees must ensure that each item is made with Dion's standards of high quality.

Pizza Makers- The pizza makers create the high quality, consistent pizza that Dion's is known for.

Pizza making is an art, and each employee is extensively trained in maintaining the high standards Dion's incorporates into each and every pizza.

Dish Room- The person working the dish room area is in charge of washing all of the dishes during a shift. Dion's does an extensive amount of prep before each lunch and dinner and the utensils and storage containers used for this, along with the pizza trays, are the main items washed by the dish person.

All of these positions work together to provide the quality, service, cleanliness and teamwork Dion's is known for. Each position has great importance for the rest of the team and employees learn how to work together to offer our customers the very best.

In addition to these, Dion's has several levels of management for employees to work towards after learning each of these stations.
